The Matching Process

A series of in-depth interviews are conducted with each of the executive teams over the months leading up to MeatProcessingXchange. Only meat and poultry processors with real intiatives genuinely committed to meeting with suppliers will pass to the next step.
The goal is to clearly define the range of processing, packaging, food safety and sanitation initiatives from each of the individual meat and poultry processors invited to MPX. In all likelihood, each of these organizations may have several different issues to discuss with qualified suppliers.
Utilizing the resident technical expertise of the The National Provisioner’s editorial staff, these specific initiatives are carefully matched to qualified technology companies whose products meet their needs.
Profiles will be created for you to provide background information on each of the qualified processors, plus an overview of their specific projects.
